Payment Policy

We require payment on the day of your procedure/treatment.

A $110 Consultation fee can go towards the treatment cost if booked on the day of the consultation.

Medicare and Private Health Insurance

Medicare or Private Health Insurance do not offer rebates on elective cosmetic procedures.

Some skin condition consultations are eligible for Medicare rebate

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy and patients who cancel their appointment with less than 48-hours’ notice will forfeit their booking deposit or consultation fee.

Right to Refuse Service Policy
